- You retain access to paid features until the period ends

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

- Provide transaction details and expected charge amount
- We will issue credits or refunds for verified errors
6. Account Termination
Voluntary Termination
If you choose to delete your account:
- Cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges
- Download any data you wish to keep
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- No refunds are provided for unused subscription time
Involuntary Termination
If we terminate your account for policy violations:
- No refunds will be provided

7. Downgrade Policy
